How is it done?
Quite simply, by communicating over the internet, no traditional telecoms provider is involved in connecting the call - therefore there are no charges at all! Our System uses a technology known as Voice over IP, or VoIP for short.
In order to benefit from this, both parties must be connected via the internet. The person or company you are calling must also be using a VoIP (Voice over IP) connection. This may be via a PBX, a standalone handset, computer software or via 3rd party provider.

What if the other party isn't VoIP?
Don't worry, you can still call them and communicate in the normal way. However as your call is routed mainly over your broadband internet connection the call costs are drastically lowered. Typical costs vary according to the destination, however, most of UK, USA, Australia and Western Europe destinations are charged at around 1p per minute
